We value your satisfaction. Please go through our return and refund policies carefully before making a purchase.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, only if the product has not been dispatched.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.

🔄 Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete.

📅 Return Window:

  • You must report the issue within 1 day of receiving the product.

📦 Product Condition:

  • The item must be unused, with original packaging, tags, and invoice intact.

⚠️ Mandatory: 360° Parcel Opening Video

To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund, you must provide a 360° unboxing video showing:

  1. The sealed package before opening

  2. The entire unboxing process — without cuts, pauses, or edits

  3. Clear visibility of the product and the issue

❗ No claims will be accepted without a proper, uncut unboxing video.

💰 Refund Policy

  • If your return request is approved after video verification, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refund will be processed within 4–7 business days after the product is received and verified at our warehouse.

  • The refunded amount will reflect in your bank account within 7–10 business days.

💡 Note: COD and shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to a wrong or defective product shipped by us.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items reported without valid unboxing video

  • Customized or limited edition items (mentioned on the product page)
